I've read a couple of reviews claiming these are very good for the price. They seem fine to me, but since I've never used a pair of range finding binoculars before, it's tough to make a definitive conclusion. I can share a few observations. After my order, I received the product within a few days, and it was in perfect condition. They were a bit heavier than I anticipated, but considering how much technology is crammed inside, it's probably not surprising. Of course there's no instruction manual sent these days and you need to download it to phone or tablet. Being a glasses wearer, my first concern is how good my view will be with the eye cups turned all the way down. I'd guess I get 95% of the full picture, which is as good as I can get with any binoculars I have ever used. I got them focused and the optics seem great to me.The range finding part works great, but I have trouble getting to the right part of the set up and menu. Understand that being over 80 years old I often have to get a kid to help me with my cell phone. If you're 75 or less, there's probably no problem! The height feature is great ( once I can find it) and interesting. Not sure how often the heights of trees or buildings would be useful on a prairie dog hunt, but it's fun to use anyway.

Well, there was something wrong with the focus on the pair i received. I didn't notice until it was too late to return to Optics Planet. Bushnell now has the best warranty in rhe business. They even sent me a label to shop it back. The pair I got back is excellent for the price. Of course, you can spend many times more for better.
