Installed without any issues. Very well made. Also very nice that it comes with channel liner installed. Optic cut and screw line up was perfect as well. Serrations are better than oem slide but not too aggressive for EDC.

I ordered this slide with the Vortex venom cut to replace my factory G19 slide with a red dot adapter. I put the red dot on in the beginning as an experiment to see if it wassomething I wanted for possible full time carry. Bought & installed Glock Gen 3 factory upper kit. Slide already comes with the firing pin sleeve insalled. Lightly lubed & Re assembled pistol with factory barrel & stainless steel guide rod that came with upper kit. Took it out & ran about 120 rounds oftarget load. Shoots perfectly!

Everything fit just fine. Internals. Sights. Cycles snap caps. Drop tested it on my thick carpet with snap caps. Firing pin didn’t move. Finish and cuts are nice. I’ll update review when I put some rounds through it. I’ll also be getting a trijicon rmr eventually

After reading the reviews I was hesitant to purchase this slide but I'm so glad I did. For me the slide performed flawlessly at the range right out the box. Mine had no issues with mounting the venom and I used a OEM slide kit. I'm confident in a self defense situation the slide will perform

this slide does a lot of things right . cannot beat it for the price, shot 500 rounds through it no problems so far and finish is holding up quite well..the only thing i can think of when mounting an optic on make sure you have 6/32 corse screws

Tales of a noobie:At first, I hadn't realized that the slide comes "naked" and that I had to buy a slide kit to complete it. So, I purchased a kit and waited patiently for it to come. I watched a few videos, read a Glock assembly book on Kindle, and felt confident I can assemble the thing. When my kit arrived, everything went smoothly – EXCEPT inserting the fire channel liner. It wouldn't fit and it cracked when I tried to force it in. So, I ordered THREE liners (just in case) and waited again. The new liner arrives and I try to push one in. Same thing: it wouldn't go. That's when I decided to inspect the channel with a flashlight. After noticing something appears to already be there, I go online and learn ON THIS SITE, that… (drum roll) Trybe slides are shipped with a liner pre-installed! The slide looks great, the Vortex Viper was easy to install on the cut. Dry firing and sliding all work OK. On Saturday, I'll take it to the range for the real deal.
