   Not sure why just an un-packaged barrel was sent. Barrel was pretty dusty inside too. Description didn't say anything about this. The barrel itself looks well machined. No rough spots and decent finish.

   This was a great purchase for the .45ACP build I was working on. The look feel and finish were everything I was expecting provided vivid contrast between the ported slide and really gave the pistol a high speed look. If you have a ported slide and want to add some competition aesthetic to your firearm, having a gold or other color barrel is the way to go. The costing provided all the protection and is slick with only minimal lubrication. The pistol with the barrel are as accurate as I can be.

   I bought this barrel for my Glock 21, I gotta say it’s accurate. I shot at 15 yards no problem, I pushed it out to 25 yards and the bullets were basically touching each other after 5 rounds shooting from a bench rest. Absolutely no problems with the 100 yard gong neither, I landed all 13 rounds on target, only complaint I have is after one box of Blazer Brass 50 rounds I noticed wear on the top of the barrel chamber area that had worn down to bare stainless metal and the left side of the barrel is scratch up pretty good again all the way down to bear stainless metal. Pros of the barrel is its accurate, reliable, and doesn’t jam at all like most new barrels there wasn’t really any need for a break in period. Cons the finish kinda sucks and it’s hard to clean compared the the other tin barrels I have from Lone Wolf but that’s about it. It will indeed withstand the punch of +p ammo but I only shot 5 rounds of my expensive defensive ammo to see how it grouped, which was Hydroshocks and grouped all in the same hole at 15 yards. Over all I’m impressed, I wish the coating was better but it’s a critter defense gun and critters don’t care what the Glock looks like, the finish is the only reason I knocked off a star and if they fix this issue then I believe it could be a really nice piece that can compete with the other higher end brands, but till then it’s a good replacement option, I would absolutely buy again if I need a new barrel, the price is right and everything else about it function and accuracy is spot on, absolutely zero failures to feed, eject, or stove piping, functions perfectly, would recommend to all my friends and family, in fact I ordered another for my everyday carry Glock 36 45acp as well.

   Awesome barrel for the money, definitely more accurate than I can be. I ran a total of 500 rounds through this gun and it’s super accurate, started at 6 yards and bullet holes were all touching. Pushed out to 50 yards and I was able to keep all 5 shots on a paper plate using a red dot sight on a Glock 21 45acp gen 3. Only complaint I have with the Tin barrel is the coating did not last very long, it’s super scratched up and I can’t see this barrels coating lasting must longer then 1500-2000 rounds, the barrel will definitely outlast the coating. In conclusion the barrel is awesome, affordable, and very accurate, I would love to see trybe make a better longer lasting coating and even for a few extra dollars I’d for sure buy another, but they have to fix that coating issue.

   I purchased the barrel with the TiN coating. Installing the barrel was impossible. The barrel for some reason (probably out of spec) would not allow the upper to slide back fully. Returned with no complications
