I had a Bell and Howell 10×50 wide angle for many years and it served me well. Got this as an upgrade and it is absolutly great. Very clear and happy for the price. It also came with everything you need. The only con is that it is a little heavy, but I still love it without question.

I ordered this binoculars while in Spain I wanted a thing done in the United States but my disappointment was when I saw "made in China". But the binoculars are good and convenient for me. Special thanks to the Optics Planet team for shipping to Spain took a little over a week.

This is my 2nd bino purchase for Vortex. We have have about 6 of their Scopes. This Bino was by far inferior to what I have been used to with Vortex. The focus adjustment was loose, there was lag in the adjustment. I have experienced this with a pair of Nikons before, they never go to the field and as we have used them it has become a chore to get the focus adjusted properly. I planned to take these Binos to the field so i did not like this sloppy adjustment. Secondly, the glass seems inferior, i tried these in different lighting situations and environments,, the edges were cloudy and the image itself had a mirage effect. I used them side by side with other binos we have so i could in fact compare what i saw with more than one pair of binos to verify the image that i was viewing should look like. These are going back and I'll try the next level up.

Good clear optics, high quality roof prism op-tics, have used bushnell in past and Tasco and other cheap brands, these are clearly better. Pun intended. The case that comes with them is also great quality and padded. Has two different straps and cleaning cloth included too. I plan to use the for outdoor adventure, and star gazing.
